While this page is titled About the Artist, my work has never truly been about me. Rather, I see my role simply as a mediator, a translator between nature and the canvas.

I don't seek to reinvent what nature on this plane has already perfected. Instead, I seek for those rare instances where everything quietly aligns. When a certain balance of light & shadow, movement & stillness come together in a singular moment. That instance is what I strive to capture.
